1. Factory calibration and complimentary
certificate of calibration (not a state certification)
2. Stainless steel platform trim replacement
3. Check, repair, and replace wires
and connectors as needed
4. Replace rubberized, slip-resistant mat
5. Clean and fully test scale operation
6. Return ground shipping back to customer is included (48
contiguous states only)
Please note: Refurbishment does not include replacement of your AC
adapter/charger or batteries, however we will check that they are operating properly.
How to request service:
1. Please have the serial number of your scale when calling.
2. Call the Befour service department
at 1-800-367-7109
3. Obtain a return authorization number (RA#)
4. Properly package your scale for
shipping
5. Write the RA# in bold marker on outside of package
6. Ship to: Befour, Inc.
